6. Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products offered on drdent-strips.com.

2. Orders

Any order placed on drdent-strips.com implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

3. Payment

Payments are made online at the time of order and are fully secured through the payment solutions provided by Shopify and its authorized partners.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the product has not been used, opened, or damaged.

5. Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal request, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after the request has been approved, using the original payment method.

6. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
