Products may be refunded only if they have not been used and if the request meets the conditions outlined below.

  • The item must be new, unused, and returned in its original packaging (if applicable).

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

Exceptions

No refunds will be granted:

  • If the product has been used, opened, or cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.

  • If the item is damaged after delivery (excluding verified defects upon arrival).
